GUYS.... how did it take me so long to get back into reading?!? I quit once I hit University and was bombarded with reading textbooks.... it totally squashed any interest I had left in reading ANYTHING. Then with jobs, kids, life I just never really got into again aside from the odd self-help type book... BUT THEN....
On Thanksgiving weekend camping with no service I decided that would be an opportune time to test the waters and see if I actually could fall back in love with reading and HOLY CRAPOLI... I think I've read 35 books since then! First book was It Ends With Us that I borrowed from a friend and from that moment on I have been HOOKED.
I've been reading 1-3 books PER WEEK!! Who am I?!?! My Instagram friends have been a HUGE source or recos for what I've added to my To Be Read list. (Also for those that don't already use it GOODREADS is a perfect app for keeping track of what you've read, rated and want to read!)
Colleen Hoover pulled me into reading. The story, the romance.... and then I was introduced to Frieda McFadden's book and Oh My Word - she has a way of drawing you in right from the first chapter... which is exactly what I need. If the start of the book doesn't capture me then there really is no hope. I love the suspense/thriller mixed with romance and twists!
I've newly ventured into some Canadian Carly Fortune and LOVED my first one! I have more of hers ordered and plan to read soon!

- This Summer Will Be Different - Carley Fortune (LOVED!)
- Never Lie - Frieda McFadden - (LOVED this one too!)
I could easily make this a top 10 or 20....
