- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta (macaroni, rotini, or bowtie work great)
- 1 cup diced dill pickles (the more, the merrier!)
- 1/2 cup diced onion (white, green, red - your choice)
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

- cubed cheddar cheese or feta (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice (add more for that extra tangy kick) 

- 1 tsp mustard (yellow or dijon)
- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pickles, cucumber, onion and fresh dill. Give it a good stir, and try not to eat all the pickles before they make it into the salad!
