At Blue Sky, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products tailored to your unique preferences. To ensure a seamless experience for all our valued customers, we have established the following store policies:

1. Custom Orders:
All custom orders require a detailed specification of your desired product, including design, dimensions, materials, and any other relevant specifications. The more info you can provide in your original request the better (and faster) we can be at replying with a quote!

Keep in mind that once you've approved your custom order, we quickly embark on a mission to completion! Once the order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible! Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that violates our values, or just isn't within our realm of expertise. We're all about spreading smiles and laughter, just not at the expense of our values or our sanity.

2. Pricing and Payment:
The price for your extraordinary custom masterpiece will be determined by a team of highly trained circus monkeys. (Okay, not really, but I do need to find Mr Blue Sky and work through the specifics of your order before I can provide a quote - and sometimes this takes time!)

Custom product prices for standard sized items are available online in our start from scratch section. More complex or custom orders will be provided on a case-by-case basis, as they depend on the complexity of the design, materials used, and other factors.

Full payment is required to confirm your order and get you in the que!

Quotes are valid for 15 days only. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards or e-transfers.

3. Design and Approval Process:
Our huge team of eccentric designers (that's me) will concoct a design proof that will make your eyes sparkle with delight. We encourage you to unleash your inner critic and provide feedback on the initial design proof. We promise not to shed any tears if you request changes, but don't worry—we'll still be friends (as long as you keep those revision requests to a manageable number!)

Teamwork makes the dream work! It is just as much YOUR responsibility as it is mine to carefully review the design proof for accuracy, including spelling, colours, dimensions, and other relevant details. I do my best to catch mistakes but I am definitely not fool proof (more a fool, if you will).

Colours provided in the proof are computer generated and are not an actual representation of the final product.

If we do not hear back from you concerning changes to your proof within 7 days, it will be completed as shown in the last email sent.

4. Production and Turnaround Time:
Creating magic takes time, my friend! The production of your one-of-a-kind custom creation may require some patience, as our team works their wizardry to make it just right. We suggest allowing for a 2-3 week turnaround. HOWEVER, we are often able to accommodate quick (like, really quick) turn arounds so feel free to reach out before ordering if you are on a tight timeline!

If unforeseen challenges arise during production (like a unicorn rebellion or a sudden glitter shortage, or just supply chain issues), we'll do our best to notify you promptly and keep you in the loop. You are always encouraged to reach out at any time!

5. Shipping and Delivery:

We offer shipping or local pick up in Lake Country for all of our products. The shipping cost will be determined based on the destination and the size/weight of the item. We currently ship with Canada Post but hope to offer a wider variety of options in the future.

Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

We strive to ensure that your custom product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if any damage occurs during shipping, please notify us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you encounter any issues with your custom product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it, providing detailed information and supporting photos if needed. We will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
